What is Eternal?
Why does the sun not turn pale gray...
The moon not torrid flame
The sky an ombre shade?
A million colors forming a rainbow of many hue
And yet I think of you
A solemn person, quite with a heavy heart and mind so heavy as if it was that you turned into atlas carrying the wait of the world upon your shoulders
A pure mind and heart not tainted with mire and cold fire
Your heart I never grew to tire
Your face a golden beacon of light in a stormy night
The voice you carry is but a melody in thin air of night
Can make the sirens green with envy of such voice
And yet you still seem to evade me like the comets in the sky or a lion's prey he once caught with delight
No I shall give chase once more with heavy spirit and glow.....
I was dumb struck with awe
That it seemed the ravens began to caw
I never knew what love was?
Or how to obtain it by all means
It just took you to wake me up and shake my world to it's senses
To know what it felt like to have a piece of the lost part of me that went missing long ago put back where it belongs
And not be lost in a dark oblivion of loneliness and pain
Though at times I was vain
You were the cure to my bestowed poison
And in the dark depths i felt fear and confusion
knowing what would happen if I lost the sun to my sky
The ocean to my land
The sword at my side
Breath to my chest and beat of my heart
I want whats eternal to me
But what is eternal?
Can you give me whats been lost......
Can you give me tomorrow
Take away sweet sorrow and be my tomorrow.....
